1. Validity of Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Thereafter, a new quote must be requested to account for current scheduling and service costs, unless a specific extension has been granted in writing.

2. Payment Structure & Deposits

Work will only commence once the relevant deposit has been received and cleared. Our tiered structure is as follows:

• Projects under R1,500: 100% payment required upfront.
• Projects R1,500 – R8,000: 70% deposit required upfront; remaining 30% due upon completion.
• Projects above R8,000: * 50% upfront deposit to secure the booking.
  • 25% due during the testing/review phase.
  • 25% final balance due strictly before handover/launch.

3. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable. This covers the reservation of time and initial conceptual work.
• Frog and Bee Media does not offer refunds if a client changes their mind after payment.
• In the unlikely event that Frog and Bee Media is at fault for project termination, a partial refund may be calculated based on the percentage of work completed versus the total project scope.

4. Design Revisions

• Every project includes three (3) rounds of minor revisions.
• Any revisions requested after the 3rd round will be quoted separately as per the Pricing Guide available on our website. We do not bill hourly; all additional work is project-based.

5. Client Communication & Timelines

• To maintain project momentum, clients are required to respond to feedback requests or content queries within 48 hours.
• Delays in communication will result in a rescheduled completion date.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

• All designs and source files remain the sole intellectual property of Frog and Bee Media until the final balance is paid in full.
• Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the designs for their intended purpose.
• Assets may not be altered, resold, or redistributed in any way without the express written consent of Frog and Bee Media.

7. Web Hosting & Domain Registration

• All website packages include one (1) .co.za domain registration and one (1) year of hosting and maintenance.
• After the initial 12-month period, renewal fees will apply as per the current Pricing Guide on our website. It is the client's responsibility to ensure renewals are paid to avoid service interruption.

8. Project Handover

• No final high-resolution files will be released, and no websites will be moved to "Live" status until the final balance has reflected in the Frog and Bee Media bank account.
